Sean Payton, Mickey Loomis to be Drew Brees' new neighbors in downtown condo

4 Season

New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton and general manager Mickey Loomis have bought condo units in the Four Seasons development at the former New Orleans World Trade Center building, The Times-Picayune | New Orleans Advocate reports.

They join former Saints QB as owners in the $530 million development. Part of it will be a Four Seasons hotel when finished, while upper floors will house 92 private residences.

Loomis told the publication that his home in Metairie will be his main residence, but the downtown pad will serve as his family's "headquarters for Mardi Gras" as well as game weekends.
