Authorities are still hunting for two inmates who escaped custody Sunday.
The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office Wednesday reached out to the public for help identifying two individuals who may be able to help the investigation.
Within hours of reaching out, authorities identified them and investigators were able to make contact.
Four inmates escaped by climbing a fence and fleeing from the jailhouse recreation yard.
Avery Guidry, 19, and Travon Johnson, 21, were recaptured early Monday.
Omarion Hoofkin, 19, and Jamarcus Cyprien, 20, remain at large.
Anyone with information on the two remaining escapees are being asked to call the sheriff department's tip line at (800) 554-5245.
