Six arrested for Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival shooting

Six people are now in jail in connection with last weekend's shootings at and near the Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival.

According to police, all of the suspects are aged 18 or 19-years-old.

Camryn Finley is facing attempted second-degree murder and terrorizing charges, while Dealvin Davis is facing principal to attempted murder and terrorizing charges. Courtney McGee, Markus Dokes, Quentrel Smith, and Quenton Smith, Jr., are all facing terrorizing charges.

All six teens are accused of being involved in fights that led to two shootings that left three people injured. The victims in those shootings suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Police Chief Bry Layrisson says the investigation continues and that more charges are pending.
