The New Orleans Police Department have surrounded an apartment building in New Orleans East.
Police say a man wanted for armed robbery has shut himself inside an apartment at 12345 I-10 Service Rd. and is refusing to come out.
The SWAT team is on the scene. No additional information is available at this time.
