A teen is dead after a shooting outside an Algiers apartment complex.
New Orleans Police Department officers responded to the scene in Texas Drive near Rhine Street, about a block off Behrman Highway, just after 8 p.m. Monday. The victim died at the scene.
Police have not identified the victim.
