The oven has come back on around the region. Near record highs are predicted with temperatures pushing into the low 90s backing down to the mid-90’s later in the week.
Thursday is the first day of fall. But we could at least tie a record on the first day with a predicted high of 95. Rain is not in the forecast but showers are possible on Wednesday.
By the end of the week and weekend we’ll still be in the warm air, low 90s the expected high. Next week, showers and thunderstorms are possible and temperatures could drop back in to the upper to mid-80s.
