The NOPD is investigating three possible shootings in the city.
A spokesperson says the NOPD learned of those shootings after all three victims went to area hospitals separately early Monday evening. According to the spokesperson, the three victims, all men, arrived at those hospitals around 6:15 p.m.
Police say one of the shootings happened on St. Maurice at St. Claude in the Lower Ninth Ward. That victim in that case suffered a body wound.
Another happened on Pauger at North Galvez in the Seventh Ward. Police say the victim in that incident also suffered a body wound.
Police are still trying to figure out where the third shooting happened.
