The New Orleans coroner has identified the three people killed in a shooting just blocks away from the Endymion parade route.
One of the victims killed was a 15-year-old girl.
It happened Saturday night in the 2900 block of Conti Street a few blocks from the Endymion route.
The coroner’s office says Donald Roberts Jr., 39, and Marvin Pepp, 56, died at the scene from a gunshot wound, and Heaven Nettles, 15 were shot and EMS transported her to the hospital but she later died from her injuries.
There is still no word on a suspect nor a motive as the investigation is ongoing.
