It's one of the most anticipated games of the college football season: LSU vs. the Alabama Crimson Tide. And you bet our boudin there will be a lot of purple and gold in that sea of red up in Tuscaloosa Saturday.

A busload of Tigers fans will be headed up to Tuscaloosa and they will be met there by hundreds more in purple and gold.

"Not only are fans coming from Baton Rouge, but they are coming from all over the country to see this game happen," said Sally Stiel with the LSU Alumni Association's Traveling Tigers.

"We have chapters from around the country, our alumni chapters and volunteers that have purchased tickets to join us at the tailgate there in Tuscaloosa from all the different areas surrounding there," she said, including the Atlanta and Nashville chapters, among others, representing Tiger Nation.

They'll meet up game day on campus for a tailgate at Peter Bryce Blvd. and 4th St., then head over to Bryant-Denny Stadium to see if the Tigers can upset the Tide for a second straight year.
