New Orleans Police are investigating a rape allegation involving a Tulane student and a man she met on a dating app late last month.
Tulane Police report that the victim met a man on a dating app and on January 27th that suspect arrived at her on-campus residence. The victim reports refusing the suspect’s sexual advances, and then being raped by the suspect.
The suspect has reportedly been identified.
