Two women are in the hospital after separate early morning shootings in New Orleans.
The first happened at 1 a.m. Monday in Algiers. Police say they found a woman shot on Rue Parc Fontaine near General DeGaulle. An EMS crew took the victim to the hospital. Her conditions is unknown.
The second shooting happened around 4:25 a.m. Monday in the Tremé. Police say someone shot the victim near the corner of North Johnson and Esplanade. That woman was taken to a hospital. Her condition is also unknown.
