A 58-year old man was rescued from an upside-down car found partially submerged in a canal off Vintage Drive and Power Blvd in Kenner this evening.
Kenner Police figure the accident happened sometime around 6:15 in the evening.
The man was pulled unconscious from the vehicle and rushed to a hospital.
The condition of the unidentified driver is not known.
