If you bought a Powerball ticket in New Orleans, you may be $50,000 richer this morning.
According to the Louisiana Lottery, a ticket purchased from the Lakeview Discount Store on Harrison Avenue matched four white balls and the powerball in last night's drawing. That means the ticket is a $50,000.
A second ticket worth $50,000 was sold in Lafayette Parish. Lottery officials say that ticket was purchased from the Tobacco Stop on the Youngsville Highway in Youngsville.
A ticket sold in Oregon matched all of the numbers, making it worth $1.3 billion.
