Is it over yet? Not quite.
"The temperature part of this storm system isn't really over although at least we're done with the snow," said Louisiana climatologist Jay Grymes.
"The cold air, the bitter cold air is still going to be with us the next two, if not three mornings," he continued.
Grymes says there are still pockets of snow and ice on roadways -- and another two nights of hard freezes, even three in some areas, will make clearing it a labor-intense process.
"There are still pockets of snow on the roadways and that's why were asking you to be extra vigilant, extra careful," said Grymes, "and that's only if you absolutely have to get out on the road."
