New Orleans Police say a 51-year-old man ordered a rideshare vehicle early this morning, but got in the wrong car.
"Victim entered vehicle he believed was his rideshare," according to an initial police report.
It says the woman in the car robbed the man.
"Suspect pointed object at victim he believed was firearm and took victim’s belongings. Suspect fled in vehicle."
It happened in the Warehouse District in the 1600 block Tchoupitoulas Street around 2:45am.
The report only describes the suspect as an "Unknown white female."
