Less than 24 hours after being discharged from a Washington hospital, where he spent three days being treated for COVID-19, Rudy Giuliani returned on Thursday to yet another state legislature trying to convince lawmakers of election fraud.

This time it was a virtual election integrity hearing in the Georgia House of Representatives, which kicked off at 11 a.m.

"Back 100% and lost little time," Giuliani tweeted Thursday. "Testifying at 11 am before Georgia legislature on the additional 'Live from Atlanta' election theft tapes. No evidence of fraud. Watch the Video tapes and make up your own mind."

Trump's lawyer and the former New York City mayor also gave props to the medical team that cared for him.

"My treatment by the nurses and staff at Georgetown Med Star Hospital was miraculous," he wrote. "I walked in with serious symptoms. I walked out better than ever. Drs. Beckett, Kumar and Layman led an all-star team. The advice of the WH Dr. Sean Conley and Dr. Zev Zelenko was so valuable."
