"We've got some pretty typical summertime weather this weekend," said WWL-TV meteorologist Alexa Trischler.
"It's going to be hot and humid with high temperatures in the low 90s both afternoons," Alexa continued.
"We'll see a mix of sunshine and clouds with a chance for a few hit-or-miss showers and storms today and tomorrow," she said.
