The merry, merry month of May will wrap up with heat and humidity.
"Plenty of sunshine but it will be hot and humid with temperatures near 90 degrees," said WWL-TV meteorologist Alexa Trischler. "It will probably feel like the mid-to-upper-90s."
Alexa said rain chances are minimal.
"We'll trend mostly dry today with a very small chance for a stray shower this afternoon," she said.
