Plenty of us have been there. You're at a bar, a friend's party, etc. and karaoke is the method of entertainment for the night. Everyone is taking a turn and telling you to get on stage. Before they get tired of you saying "no" and sign you up themselves for a song you're not familiar with, check out this list of popular karaoke songs that are not too challenging so you can sign up and beat your friends to the punch.

Country fans know this tune by heart, as does a lot of the music-listening population by now. Originally done by Old Crow Medicine Show and now covered by Darius Rucker, this is a very accessible song that gets everyone singing and having a good time.

Try calling out this 1971 classic at karaoke night. It's another great option that the audience can sing along to and contains a fairly repetitive melody.
