For the XRT Xcursion with The Last Dinner Party Flyaway giveaway, listen to WXRT starting at approximately 7:00 AM CDT on July 15, 2024 and ending at approximately 11:59 PM CDT on July 26, 2024. The designated caller at 312-861-9978 (as announced by the on-air personality prior to the cue to call) will, upon verification and eligibility, receive one of the following qualifying prizes as determined by the station: (10) qualifying winners will receive (2) tickets to The Last Dinner Party at Thalia Hall on August 3, 2024, approx value $72 and provided by Thalia Hall; or (14) qualifying winners will receive (1) 93XRT Merch Item, approx value $25 and provided by Audacy. Merch item will be mailed to the address provided upon verification. WXRT is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, etc. packages and prizes cannot be replaced. There will be a total of (24) qualifying winners. Qualifying prizes cannot be exchanged or traded and are pre-determined by station. On or around July 29, 2024, of the qualifying winners, (1) grand prize winner will be selected at random, and upon verification and eligibility, receive a trip to see The Last Dinner Party in Dublin, Ireland consisting of the following: (2) tickets to The Last Dinner Party at 3Olympia Theater on October 8, 2024; standard hotel accommodations from 10/7/24 - 10/11/24, courtesy of QPrime; and round trip coach airfare from Chicago, IL to Dublin, Ireland for winner and guest, courtesy of Windy City Travel. Approx Value $4,700. Travel dates are 10/7/24 - 10/11/24. Travel dates cannot be modified or dates extended. Ground transportation, taxes, tips/gratuities are not provided and solely the responsibility of the prize winner. The Prize Winner and their guest are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied travel. The Prize Winner and each guest is responsible for ensuring that they have proper citizenship documentation. WXRT shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of this prize due to reasons beyond WXRT’s control, and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. The winner and any guest(s) must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use and redemption of the prize. These restrictions are not subject to negotiation. Refusal to comply with the applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The station and sponsors are not responsible for replacing or reimbursing any Winner with any form of compensation for events that are canceled, nor will any alternate prize be provided.
