Legendary New Orleans musician Dr. John passed away on June 6th from a heart attack. His presence is felt all across the musical world with his numerous contributions.
Mac Rebennack adopted the stage name Dr. John in the late 60's prior to the release of his debut studio album Gris-Gris. An accomplished studio musician, Dr. John appeared alongside many artists throughout the course of his career helped bringing his trademark New Orleans sound across the world.
