CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Chicago police are looking for whoever fatally stabbed a South Side teen girl in the Loop Tuesday night.
A fight near Van Buren and Dearborn led to the stabbing, Chicago police said. The department said at around 11:30 p.m. an unknown woman or girl grabbed a knife and stabbed the victim twice in the chest before taking off.
The Cook County Medical Examiner has identified her as 16-year-old Heaven D. Taylor from Grand Crossing.
Police said she was pronounced dead shortly after she was taken to the hospital.
No one is in custody.
