CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Robbers carrying trash bags hit two businesses in Bucktown and Wicker Park minutes apart Thursday night, Chicago police said.
Four people robbed a business in the 2100 block of West Division Street, and the same number of people robbed a business in the 2000 block of North Damen Avenue, police said.
Both thefts occurred shortly before 10 p.m. and the robbers in both incidents put merchandise into plastic trash bags, police said.
Police wouldn't say if the robberies were connected.
No one was in custody.
