CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Repaving work is going to force some lane closures on DuSable Lake Shore Drive in the coming days.
The repaving work started Sunday night on Southbound DuSable Lake Shore Drive between Lawrence and Irving Park Road. There was only one lane open in the overnight hours.
The Chicago Department of Transportation said that next Sunday afternoon, Southbound DuSable LSD will be down to one lane between Lawrence and Irving until 7 p.m. Then, all lanes will be closed, reopening next Monday morning at 6 a.m.
Next Tuesday and Wednesday nights, there’ll be repaving work on Northbound DuSable Lake Shore Drive.
