BARRINGTON HILLS, Ill. (WBBM NEWSRADIO) --The bull that escaped from a property in Barrington Hills last Friday was captured Thursday after the owner called professionals.

The 1,600-pound bull was captured at about 3:30 p.m. by Wesley Bush, of 2B Wild Cattle Catching Services LLC, based in Morrison, Illinois, which advertises itself as “On call 24/7 for any and all your cattle catching problems.”

Bush spoke to WBBM about how the catch went. "Actually, it went a lot easier and a lot better than expected," he said.

"Bulls can be pretty big and tough to deal with."

The bull was caught in the same area where it was reported missing- near Route 62 and Old Sutton Road.
