CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A former Chicago top cop is being accused of twisted behavior in a new filing that’s part of a sexual harassment lawsuit against him.
In the newest court filing in the lawsuit against former Chicago Police Supt. Eddie Johnson, his former driver Officer Cynthia Donald alleges Johnson had proposed a bet during the Bears game in London that if the Bears won he would get Donald’s underwear.
The bet had been made with a female friend of Donald’s, who called off the bet after hearing what Johnson wanted if he won, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. Johnson is accused of forcing Donald to have sex with him in his police headquarters office and on work trips.
He said the sex was consensual. The friend said Donald never had consensual sex with Johnson and that that he took advantage of her, because of his title.
The friend also said Donald was frightened. The court filing also indicates the former top cop admits texting Donald a picture of his private parts at her urging, but Donald’s friend said that Donald was disgusted by the text.
A federal judge will rule next month on Johnson’s request to have the lawsuit thrown out.
