The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center would like to remind you that it is important to be fast in identifying a stroke. You could save a life. Is there a sudden loss of balance or coordination? Is there sudden blurred or double vision? Ask the person to smile. Is one or both sides of the face drooping? Does the person have slurred or garbled speech? Call 911 for immediate medical attention if you notice any of these signs.
