(WBBM NEWSRADIO) – A 38-year-old Villa Park man faces felony charges after he allegedly threw rocks and broke windows at Gov. JB Pritzker’s Chicago residence this week.

Police say Adam A. Dabash was taken into custody Monday after authorities responded to a report of vandalism at Pritzker’s home.

Dabash allegedly left letters at the governor’s home on two occasions in August, according to Illinois State Police.

He faces two counts of stalking, a Class 4 felony, and one count of criminal damage to property, officials said.

Dabash awaited court proceedings to determine whether he would be released pending trial, police said.
