CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) --A man was found shot to death inside a tow truck on the West Side overnight.
Chicago police said the 28-year old victim was found with a number of gunshot wounds to his body. The tow truck he was in was in the 30-hundred block of West Fifth Avenue in the East Garfield Park neighborhood.
A handgun was found next to him, but it’s unclear whether it had been fired. There had been bullet holes in the windshield of the tow truck which had had a black SUV hooked to it.
