CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Chicago police are looking for the people who shot and killed a man in Chatham Thursday night.

A man was getting into his car near 86th and Cottage Grove at around 7:20 p.m. when, police said, a blue sedan pulled up and people inside fired at him before driving off.

The 29-year-old man was hit in the face and lower body. He was taken to the hospital where he died.

It happened right in front of a Kids Foot Locker that had at least one bullet hole in the window.

No one is currently in custody.
