(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Tinley Park police say charges are pending against a Richton Park man, who's accused of shooting another man outside a gym following an argument Thursday night.
Police say the argument began at the L.A. Fitness on Convention Center Drive during a basketball game inside the gym.
The argument continued as the two men went out into the parking lot around 8 p.m.
Police say that's when the man from Richton Park retrieved a gun from his car, then opened fire at the other man, striking him five times.
Investigators say the wounded man was listed in critical but stable condition at Silver Cross Hospital.
