(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — It was just a matter of time, probably: President Biden’s newly adopted cat, Willow, will have her own limited-edition bobblehead.

The Milwaukee-based National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum on Tuesday announced plans to issue 2,022 figurines in the likeness of Willow, the 2-year-old kitty that was introduced to the world Jan. 28 in a social-media post by First Lady Jill Biden.

“It was fun to see the reaction to the adorable pictures of Willow that the Bidens shared on social media last week, and we’re excited to be unveiling this bobblehead of Willow,” National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar said in a news release. “Now, everyone will have the opportunity to have a smaller bobblehead version of Willow.”

Plans call for a bobblehead version of Willow — a green-eyed, short-haired gray and white tabby — to be posed before a mockup of the White House.

The cost will be $25 each plus $8 for shipping, with bobbleheads expected to ship in June, the museum said.

The bobblehead museum has already launched a series of bobbleheads based on the Bidens’ dogs. There hasn’t been a cat in the White House since the George W. Bush administration.
