Planned Parenthood has announced that it will offer free vasectomies and abortion medication during the Democratic National Convention this week and popular hot dog eatery 'The Wieners Circle' sweetened the offer with a free hot dog for anyone who visited the mobile clinic.

"We’re happy to support all reproductive health decisions, it’s up to you - NOT the government," the Wieners Circle wrote on X. They're piggybacking onPlanned Parenthood Great Rivers, which shared that its mobile health clinic would be parked in Chicago’s West Loop, offering “FREE vasectomies & medication abortion” on Monday and Tuesday this week as part of the events around the DNC.

The vehicle is parked just minutes from the United Center, the home to the Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks, where the DNC is hosted.

Procedures are currently by appointment only, but organizers did offer a signup sheet for those interested.

Working with Planned Parenthood for the event is the Chicago Abortion Fund and iconic hotdog restaurant The Wieners Circle.

The offering from Planned Parenthood comes as abortion remains a top issue for voters in the upcoming election. During an MSNBC interview, Vice President and Democratic nominee Kamala Harris called it a “fundamental freedom.”

The vice president has also said that when it comes to women’s reproductive rights this election, “everything is at stake.”

On the other side of the ballot, former President Donald Trump, the Republican nominee, has been vocal about his thoughts about abortion, saying he thinks it’s a state-by-state issue. Trump has also taken credit for Roe v. Wade being overturned, as it was done after he loaded the Supreme Court with conservative justices.

The DNC is being held in Chicago from Monday through Thursday this week, with more than 50,000 people expected to visit Chicago as attendees.
