Don’t buy that solid gold suit jacket just yet! People dreaming about a bigger closet to house all of their diamond shoes beware: The Powerball jackpot went winnerless again on Monday night, raising the total for Wednesday’s fund to an estimated $835 million.
Monday’s winnerless grand prize marked the 29th consecutive drawing without a winner. The last jackpot-winning ticket was sold to a California player for the $1.08 billion prize in July.
Monday’s winning numbers were 10, 12, 22, 36, and 50, and the red Powerball was 4.
While no one took home nine figures on Monday night, there were several other winners, including three people in Florida and one in Oregon who won $1 million after matching the first five numbers.
If a player is lucky enough to beat the 1 in 292 million odds, they have a choice between taking their winnings in a $390.4 million lump sum or the total prize paid through an annuity over 30 years.
Wednesday’s drawing will take place at 10:59 p.m. EST.
