CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) — A man was shot and killed in the Hotel Lincoln lounge in Chicago's Old Town neighborhood around 1:20 a.m. Sunday morning.
Chicago police said a 35-year-old man was involved with a physical altercation with another male at the hotel, located on the 1800 block of North Clark Street.
The offender then fired a shot and struck the victim in the chest, police said.
Police said the victim was transported to Illinois Masonic Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No one is in custody. Chicago police detectives are investigating.
