A local zoo is offering a unique Valentine’s Day deal once again.
Brookfield Zoo Chicago’s Name a Cockroach fundraiser is crawling back this year, giving you the chance to name a Madagascar hissing cockroach after someone you love, or maybe don’t love.
The zoo will make that happen in exchange for a 15-dollar donation, money officials say helps to inspire conservation leadership and a share a better understanding of cockroaches.
Along with the naming process, donors will receive a digital certificate of the occasion.
The deadline for submissions is this Valentine’s Day, February 14th.
