Cops announced the arrest of a 14-year-old boy Wednesday on four counts of assault and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

The first incident happened Nov. 3 at about 11 p.m., where a group approached a 73-year-old employee of a fruit stand located in front of 3764 White Plains Road in Olinville, the NYPD said.

While recording on a cellphone, the suspect shot the victim in the face with a BB gun before fleeing, officials said.

The victim sustained a laceration to the face and was taken to Jacobi Hospital by EMS in stable condition.

Then on Nov. 8 at about 9 p.m., the suspects approached a 37-year-old MTA conductor on a southbound 2 train platform of the East 219th Street subway station.

Police said the suspects shot the victim in the face with a BB gun through an open window on the unmoving train before fleeing.

That victim sustained a facial laceration and went to a hospital.

“Glad to hear it,” said Eric Loegel, vice president of rapid transit operations at TWU Local 100, when hearing of the arrest. “The people responsible need to be held accountable. We will continue to support our member during his recovery.”

Police are continuing to seek out others spotted in the footage in connection to the two incidents.
