NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for two suspects wanted in separate assaults in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn last month that left a man and woman, both in their 60s, injured.
The first attack took place on 86th Street near 4th Avenue at about 3:50 p.m. on April 15, police said. A 67-year-old woman was on the street when a suspect approached and pushed her to the ground, causing pain in her back and buttocks. She was not hospitalized.
The suspect—described as a man with a light complexion—fled on 86th Street to parts unknown. He was last seen wearing a green camouflage coat, black pants and black and white slides, visible in surveillance footage released Thursday by police.

Later that same week, at about 1:30 p.m. on April 19, a 65-year-old man was walking near 67th Street and 9th Avenue inside Leif Ericson Park when a stranger approached.
The suspect started a fight with the victim before punching him in the face, causing the man pain and redness, before fleeing the scene. Medics responded and transported him to Maimonides Medical Center in stable condition, authorities said.
Police describe the suspect as a man with a light complexion, and he was last seen wearing a blue shirt, dark pants and dark sneakers.
A surveillance image of the man was released by officials Thursday.
