UGA has a number of hurdles to jump this coming season if they want to compete for a National Championship, and the suspension of Spring Football is the latest one.

The Bulldogs are going to have a number of new pieces, including a QB that hasn't been in the system at all, and now they no longer have the extra spring practices to gel and create the chemistry that title teams usually have.

"You're talking about guys that use spring ball to get comfortable with one another," explains Hugh Douglas. "Guys are going to be thrown off a little bit and it's going to be sloppy for a couple weeks in college football."

With a game against Virginia and Alabama in the first three weeks, UGA better hope they get things cleaned up real quick when the games start to matter.
