Alabama was unstoppable in a 52-24 rout of Ohio State in the National Championship game in Miami on Monday night. It becomes a record seventh title under head coach Nick Saban.
It was also an opportunity for scouts to take a closer look at prospects for the 2021 NFL Draft.
If you can take one guy from the National Championship game and put him on the Falcons roster, who are you taking?
"Najee Harris all day long," Shockley told Andy and Randy. "You watch what this dude does throughout a ball game, and he could easily have won that Heisman. He could have easily been the most valuable player in all the country."
"There were times he should've had a negative or no gain and he ends up getting five or six yards. I mean, his ability to fight through and run through tackles is unreal."
Harris rushed for 3,843 yards and 46 touchdowns in his four seasons at Alabama. Through the air, he added an additional 781 yards and 11 touchdowns.
"He gets in space, he can catch, he can run good routes; he's downhill, he doesn't get tired, and he's done this all year long."
As far as what Harris would bring to the Falcons:
"If this dude is on (the Falcons) roster, he gives you an instant run game and he gives you something out of the backfield and is a three-down back for a long time."
