Remember when everyone (including us) were saying Steelers quarterback was done, finished, washed up?
Wel,l (knock on wood) but Big Ben is the only quarterback (among those with multiple starts) that hasn't thrown a single interception since Week 5.
The NFL on CBS points out since then Roethlisberger and the Steelers have gone 3-0 (4-3 overall) with 748 passing yards and four passing touchdowns.
Getting rookies running back Najee Harris and tight end Pat Freiermuth playing better and an improving offensive line.
Roethlisberger also seems to be committing more to Matt Canada's offense. If the Steelers establish a good run game and Roethlisberger is more willing to be under center, they do enough to let the defense win the game for them.
The numbers Roethlisberger is putting up may not be sexy, but it's getting the job done.
