Introducing our Badass Woman of the Week: Sloan Roncaioli of Plantsville, nominated by her niece Brooke Gemmell, a previous BWOW! Sloan, a mother of two incredible daughters, rocks multiple roles as a hairstylist, horse trainer, and horseback riding instructor.
Sloan isn't just an expert in making people look good on the outside through her hairdressing; she's a true superstar who makes everyone feel great inside and out. Over the past two decades, she's selflessly dedicated herself to training horses and riders, guiding them to regional and national titles. This summer, she took the reins and competed with her own horse at a championship show in Virginia, clinching her most significant title yet!
But Sloan's badassery doesn't stop there. Throughout the year, she volunteers as the youth leader for the 7 states in our horse association's region, pouring countless hours into creating unforgettable experiences for kids across the Northeast.
