In their first game since joining the Top 25, San Diego State lost on the road to Grand Canyon 79-73 on Tuesday night. GCU held a 7 point lead at halftime and the Aztecs just weren't able to cut into the deficit in the second half. The Antelopes shot better from the field and free throw line, as well as outrebounded the Aztecs, especially on the defensive glass. It was Grand Canyon's first-ever win against an AP Top 25 team. SDSU returns home to Viejas Arena to play UC-Irvine on Saturday night.
