Apparently, we're all starting our days way too early.

Dr. Paul Kelley, a researcher at Oxford University, says that the normal "9 to 5" working schedule poses a "serious threat to performance, mood and mental health," especially for everyone under the age of 55.

According to YourTango, Kelley says, "We've got a sleep-deprived society. It is hugely damaging on the body’s systems, because you are affecting physical emotional and performance systems in the body. Your liver and your heart have different patterns, and you're asking them to shift two or three hours."

Therefore, Kelley recommends that days start no earlier than 10am, and the ideal time would actually be 11am.

How much would you benefit by shifting the work day to starting at 11am?
