Looks like Greenville is getting another big investment.
Greenville County will see about $60 million in planned capital investment over the next five years
This comes as a part of 3M’s expansion to its current manufacturing facility at 1400 Perimeter Road in Greenville.
That facility already employs 500 people and has been a member of the Upstate business community for nearly half a century.
The new investment and expansion will add five new positions to the facility.
3M Greenville manufactures and distributes film, industrial adhesives and other materials which are utilized in a wide range of industries, from electronics to packaging to health care to the auto industry, among others.
Governor McMaster said in a statement that he looks forward to watching an innovative business continue to grow and have success here in South Carolina and beyond.
