The Burrow Opens

The owner of the restaurants Barley’s Taproom and The Trappe Door on West Washington Street has just opened up a new restaurant.

The Burrow has opened its doors on Augusta Street, a restaurant and bar taking over the former Gregory’s Laundry and Cleaners location.

The eatery features food with a focus on wood-fired dishes, using a 60-inch Grillworks Argentine-style open-fire grill.

You’ll have everything from roasted pork belly, ribs and wings, to steak, rotisserie chicken, grilled octopus and whole fried fish.

The Burrow is already receiving lots of reservations so the staff is asking diners to be patient as they try to keep up with the demand.

It’s open from 3pm to 5pm daily for bar service and snacks, 5pm to 10pm Monday through Thursday for dinner, and will say open until 11pm on Friday and Saturday. They’ll also have brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm.
