Falls Tower is a big mixed-use development overlooking Falls Park and adjacent to the Peace Center in the heart of downtown.
The Camperdown development features luxury condominiums, and last week they sold more than $16 million worth of those condos when they opened them up for sale, the largest one-day sales event in the history of Greenville’s residential real estate market.
Let’s be clear, this wasn’t dozens and dozens of condos.
It was just ten.
That’s right: each condo went for about $1.6 million, making them the most expensive condos yet in downtown.
The sale is not just a milestone for Falls Tower’s developers, but also for the city of Greenville itself, with those eyeing the real estate market signaling this as a moment that Greenville is raising its profile, becoming a true metropolitan city.
And for all of you with a cool $1.6 million burning a hole in your pocket, don’t worry: Falls Tower still has eight remaining luxury condos still left for sale.
