The Greer Police Department issued the following press release Thursday morning.
The two victim’s in this case have been admitted to the hospital after having surgery last night and are believed to be in stable condition. The victim that was located in a neighbor’s driveway last night was found to be Navy’s father who is 54 years old. The second victim located inside the residence was Navy’s brother who is 29 years old. Both victim’s live at the incident location.
The motive in this case is unclear at this time.
