A suspect is in custody after a SWAT Team standoff in the Upstate, Tuesday afternoon. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office responded to a domestic dispute at a home in Belton.
Investigators say that 45 year old, Otis Ramsey had fired shots at a woman and threatened to set fire to her vehicle. When deputies arrived Ramsey went inside his home and refused to come out.
That's when the SWAT Team was called to the scene and Ramsey ended up surrendering peacefully. He was taken into custody and is charged with aggravated domestic violence.
