The two children that died in a mobile home fire in the Upstate Thursday have been identified.
The Oconee County Coroner’s Office reported two children died Thursday in a mobile home fire near Westminster. Fire fighters responded to the blaze along Misty Hollow Lane around 12:45 p.m.
The bodies of 4-year-old Heath Trey Daniel Morse and 5-year-old Jacob Edward Todd Morse were found following the fire.
Officials said a woman and two other small children were able escape the without serious injuries. Multiple county and state agencies are investigating.
